We check into how you are feeling that day, what\u2019s happening with your body, stress levels and energy. I will ask you if there\u2019s anything you want to work on. I assess your energies by checking their basic flow, and then follow where the energies need clearing and support. Based on what I find in my assessment, as well as what you tell me, we can proceed with a variety of techniques and subsequently reassess the energies. Since we all are individuals, and we have many techniques to choose from, we will work together to discover what works best for your energies.\u00a0<\/p>

A full session lasts an average of one and a half hours, occasionally requiring more time. Please ask me questions about anything that happens in our work together. I’m always willing to discuss how and why I\u2019m doing what I’m doing.<\/p>

Physical contact, even in a healing relationship, can be a sensitive matter because touch can be easily misinterpreted and feel too intimate, uncomfortable, or sexual in nature. Touching in a sexual manner is unethical within a professional healing relationship and will never be a part of our work together. Many of the methods I will use, however, are likely to involve touch. The theory behind such methods is that touching or holding points can assist me and you in identifying and shifting imbalances in your energies. At such times, you would remain fully clothed, with perhaps the exception of your shoes. I would always explain ahead of time where I would touch, and you can let me know if you are comfortable with it or not. I will always honour any requests not to touch.<\/p>

If you are unhappy with our work together, I hope you will talk about it with me so that I can respond to your concerns directly. I will take such concerns seriously and respond to them with the utmost care and respect.<\/p>

Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to remove your shoes and jewelry. I often use calming essential oils in a diffuser and calming music or nature sounds. Please let me know if you do not want either of these. I look forward to our sessions together.<\/p>
